We know a few months back Angel was cell phone texting everyone, saying he was in fear of his life, Kurt Wild didn’t join up with Angel and Brad and later AngelsSlutGarden.com, closed and hasn’t opened since. We heard again from Angel following those events and said he and Brad had left the adult business forever. Today, Frank Fuder rang out a message on the Official Angel’s Slut Garden Yahoo Fan Group.
Here is the message, I’ll leave you to make your own conclusions about what’s happening. Feel free to weigh in on your thoughts about the ongoing drama in the gay adult cyberworld.
My industry name is Frank Fuder, Chairman and CEO of ASG Entertainment, Inc. I fully own all company shares, and I am responsible for the overall direction of the company as Chairman of the Board. As CEO, I override any decision made by department heads and even the Presidents of individual subsidiaries of the company. I am the Executive Producer behind South Beach Diaries, The Outsider, and RAW. I am the sole shareholder of the company, regardless of what lies have been spread otherwise. Angel Skye and Brad Star, contrary to all the rumors, were mere employees of the company. Angel was hired as President of ASG Productions, a fully-owned subsidiary of ASG Entertainment, Inc by me, the Chairman and CEO of the parent company. Angel was in charge of daily operations. Brad was hired as Editor-in-Chief, basically he was in charge of editing all movie and internet content. They did not leave the company; instead they were both fired for insubordination, theft, and copyright infringement. Let me start off by saying, after ownership of the company has been correctly established in all of your minds, that Angel is a liar and a thief, and Brad is no better of a person. The two were never dating, despite Angel’s convoluted perception that Brad “loved” Angel. Angel was so obsessed with Brad that he made up this fantasy; when in fact, Brad simply went along with this notion, because he believed that Angel could “bring him places”. The problem is that Angel is a penniless pauper. He preys on potential investors, until his true intentions are revealed to the investor, and then the investor is perceived to be the bad person, after Angel infiltrates the media with lies and deceptions. He already had three investors and counting. Some other fool may fall for his deception, but I hope to avoid that with this statement today. I have filed various lawsuits against both defendants. They have physically stolen footage and equipment from my company. They possess video and lighting equipment, original copies of movies and internet scenes, thousands of dollars worth of products, and a company vehicle (which Angel stole). Angel is a fugitive, and he is on the run! There are four different local police departments searching for him, and a state-wide search is underway to find him before his fourth court date. He is in possession of an estimated $80,000 of company property. Brad is also being sued for different reasons, but he claims not to have any of the property, and he has been somewhat cooperative. I do believe Brad; Brad unfortunately was also a victim here, although he is a grown man and needs to start taking responsibility for himself and his own actions. I repeat: Angel IS a fugitive! He has missed several court dates. Anyone who is aiding or supporting him in any way, or even “investing” in him, WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. That person has become an accomplice, as he is driving a stolen vehicle and possesses stolen equipment and copyrighted material. I suggest that anyone who knows of his whereabouts can discreetly email the company at asg121208@yahoo.com. Neither (Brad or Angel) has access to this account. I suggest that Angel turn himself in as soon as possible, for as time passes, he will be in even more trouble. I will also add that Angel tried to swindle his way into collecting moneys which belong to ASG from both Dark Alley, our retail/online distributor, and Maleflixx, our streaming video distributor. Finally, I wish to just warn everyone in the industry to never work with Angel Skye again!!! He has messed with the wrong person. I may be young, but I am very well educated and have tons of financial resources to fight this battle to the bitter end! If anyone out there, namely any former-investors wish to join this lawsuit or testify for it, please come forward. I would greatly appreciate any assistance regarding this matter. Angel Skye MUST be stopped!!!

Well I am not going to engage in an argument with you. Yes I am friend of Angel he lived with me for a bit recently, and Brad knows me very very well as well. I am a female, and my intention was to shed a bit of light into this mess, and to clear the truth. No personal attack on Brad, but at the same time anyone who really knows Angel knows how many years of abuse he has endured at “brad’s” hands, and they also know why the company shut down the last time, which is no different from this time. The lowest common denominator to all of Angel’s problems has always been Brad Star. He destroyed Angel’s friendship with Jayden Holloway and left him with virtually no one, but him. Hello to all I am a friend of Angel’s since we were kids. Over time we reconnected when he moved back into nj, and he eventually confessed to me about his profession at the time. I was always supportive of him with everything, and even accompanied him at some industry events when “brad” was no show (which happened often). Brad was the one thing in Angel’s life I could never accpet. He was a selfish, heartless, evil person who had such a hold over Angel so that Angel was willing to lose everything for him. In th ened Angel did he sacrificed it all for that dirt bag, and now he doesn’t even have the descency to respond and stand up to the one person who ever believed in him. After researching Brad Star I saw first hand that he has a bad reputation a streak of using people, and Angel was no different. Where they a couple? This is something Brad will never admit, but he and Angel were more than friends. There are even online accounts of ex girlfriends on a site called dontdatehimgirl.com search his name and his real name Greg and you will see as his broken hearted and used girlfriends speak of how they were cheated on with a guy named Angel!!!!!! Brad is no victim, and it made me sick when Sydney Ferreira of Kearny NJ a closet gay guy who was a fan of Angel and Brad’s became their investor, and did all he could to seperate Angel and Brad. The real reason ASG is dead today is because Angel refused to betray bad. He was offered car, money and many other things which I saw for myself in texts to Angel where Sydney often bribed him to get him to turn his back on Brad. Since Angel never did eventually Sydney stopped paying the bills, and took everything away. Angel is not wanted in a any way for anything. He has done nothing wrong and it breaks my heart to read such vile things of a person who has a great heart. He has helped people in so many ways, and whoever came up with this story should be ashamed because these are very trying times for Angel. He has been out of the spotlight because he is dealing with a lot of grief in the past three months he has lost his career, his best friend, car, home, and especially his cat whom was with him 24/7 that was his best friend, and none of you will ever know the heartbreak I personally felt seeing him fall apart and grieve so much. One person can only take so much. On top of everything else Angel’s FATHER is not doing so well which is what Angel is currently dealing with not running from the cops or reading any of this crap, but dealing with even more sorrow. So all I ask is that the people who know him pray for him and stand by him. He is strong, but I know deep down inside he is broken. Angel if you do come across this know you ARE loved by people who really do know you, and know this is all a crock of shit. Everything played out just like you said it would, and it’s really fucked up life isn’t fair, but like you said “not all martyrs see divinity” god bless you buddy you are one of a kind!

As I understand, Angel is doing just fine and is not wanted by the police. It seems that “Frank” a/k/a Sydney is merely pissed at how everything turned out with his investment into ASG. I think it took him sometime to figure out how to login to the ASG Yahoo Group and moderate a message.
A friend of mine spoke with Angel today. Perhaps, Angel may stop by and leave us his end of the story here. As everyone knows there is always 2 sides to every story.
In any event I think he should go ahead and close the group as there isn’t even a website up and running anymore.

Sooooo without a major news organ broadcasting on the alleged bench warrant, you will note that Fuder does not use that word which any large, legit corporation would be sure to have in an legit press release, the King of Buffoons is pulling his usual bullshit. Think about it. Angel and Brad, on the run, that is the kind of thing a prosecutor, sheriff/local police, would be press conferencing. That didn’t happen here. And who’s to say Angel knew about it? Far-fetched, I agree, but consider: I don’t know about you or anyone else, I hardly use the Yahoo Groups anymore these days. They’re hardly what they used to be even three or four years ago. Most groups I belong to are nothing more than spam fests now with maybe one or two legit postings here and there.

The email given in the ‘letter’ is the same Yahoo profile (asg121208) that posted in the group repeatedly, supposedly as Angel, who was a member and moderator of the group, not the creator. There is a separate Yahoo member who created it.
Okay, so my point was – if this was Angel who was posting in the group all along using the Yahoo profile asg121208…and we’re supposed to email asg121208@yahoo.com if we know where Angel and/or Brad are….AND the suspicion is that the posting came from You Know Who…there’s two possibilites here:
1. This is on the up and up and ‘Frank Fuder’ is real.
2. You Know Who created this profile in July 2008 and has been posting in the Angel Skye group ever since using asg121208.

Over at this Yahoo Group, there was posting a-plenty from November 08, when the group was created, right up through spring of 09…March/April. This is when the whole Angel and Brad leave ASG thing happens, right after Kurt Wild dropped out of it as well.
Most of the postings are from the Yahoo user asg121208, and supposedly by Angel himself, who is said to be a member/moderator of the group, although apparently not its creator, according to what’s in the files section, and posted by another Yahoo member.
Anyway, checking the profile, asg121208 has been a member of Yahoo since July 2008. No other information whatsoever is given – no location, hobbies, occupation, etc. Very odd, considering this is supposed to be the profile for ASG and, one assumes, Angel himself.
One has to wonder – was there any real involvement at all from ASG, Angel, Brad, etc, in this group, which had pretty low traffic and postings from the looks of it. And if He Who Must Not Be Named did indeed send out the email…how? This would have to mean He was posting as Angel all along in the group – unless he’s really, really good at cracking someone’s password at Yahoo. Either way….is he really that insane??
OR – is all this really on the up and up and this ‘Frank Fuder’ guy is real. But if he is, and “Angel and Brad have no access to this email” – then who was posting as Angel in the group??

Let’s parse Frank Fuder’s (like his cousin, Budd Fuder”s) most grievous fault. The asshole made up a news story which accuses two individuals of criminal activity and defrauding the court. Those are serious charges, no longer the cartoon bullshit the buffoon in question deals in. Reporters from the New York Times, Stephen Glass, and others greater and lesser, have lost their journalistic standing and careers for fabricating the news. The asshole we are talking about has made his life’s work harassing others and attempting to blackmail them.
Point out that moron’s errors in judgment at every opportunity and give him no quarter. Pretending he is no predator serves no useful purpose whatsoever.
